The Project
DELARTE (Social Entrepreneurship Skills Labs for Youth Art Workers) is a transformative Erasmus+ initiative aimed at empowering young artists and youth workers by bridging the gap between art and social entrepreneurship. We seek to create an inclusive and dynamic environment that equips young creatives with the knowledge, digital tools, and resources they need to thrive in the cultural and creative industries. Born from the recognition that young artists face significant challenges—ranging from financial sustainability to adapting to digital transformation—DELARTE is dedicated to overcoming these barriers. Our project is designed to provide innovative, hands-on training labs, digital tools, and a collaborative Innovation Space, fostering a thriving, sustainable arts ecosystem for young people across Europe.

To reshape the creative economy by empowering young artists and youth workers to become leaders in both art and social entrepreneurship, contributing to a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable arts ecosystem across Europe.
Our Mission
To equip young artists and youth workers with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to succeed in the cultural and creative industries while driving social change and promoting entrepreneurship in the arts. DELARTE is committed to creating a supportive environment that nurtures creativity, fosters collaboration, and promotes long-term professional growth. By offering a comprehensive methodology that integrates digital literacy, social entrepreneurship, and artistic expression, we enable young creatives to turn their passion into sustainable ventures, making a meaningful impact on their communities and the wider world.
The project will offer resources like the DELARTE Guidemap, a blueprint to merge art and social entrepreneurship; the DELARTE Career Itinerary Guide, a digital roadmap for career pathways in social entrepreneurship; and the DELARTE Live Handbook, an evolving online guide. Additionally, the Innovation Space will serve as a collaborative platform for young artists and youth workers to connect, share resources, and innovate. The Social Entrepreneurship Skills Labs will provide practical, hands-on workshops, where participants gain valuable experience and develop essential entrepreneurial skills.
